Sales Position:
A well-established, growing, southern New Hampshire-based, insurance and risk-management company has an excellent opportunity for a motivated salesperson. The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years selling experience, with a proven track record of meeting a sales quota on a consistent basis. In addition to these requirements, you must have an entrepreneurial mindset, have the demonstrated ability to sell conceptual solutions or intangibles to owners and presidents of small to medium size businesses, and have prior success at cold calling, qualifying and closing. Also key is your ability to sell value in a competitive marketplace. To complement these skills, you must have excellent communication and presentation skills and be computer literate. Prior experience in risk management a plus, but not required. Along with your past successes, you must be trainable, have a prior income of at least $65-70K and have a desire to earn over $100-$125K within one to two years. We offer an attractive base salary plus commission, along with health benefits and a retirement plan. We will provide extensive product training and next-level sales training.
