Employee Benefits

The Employee Benefits Division is staffed with specialists who allocate 100% of their time to designing, installing and servicing a wide variety of employee and executive benefit plans. The division currently provides these services for more than 180 New Hampshire and Massachusetts employers.

  • Review and analyze current benefit programs and employer objectives
  • Design programs to coincide with employer’s goals and employee needs
  • Obtain proposals from a number of insurance companies
  • Evaluate quotations and prepare comparative analysis
  • Negotiate renewals and market your plan
  • Provide on-going service to both employer and employees
  • Conduct employee meetings to communicate any changes in benefits, procedures, payroll deductions, and to enroll employees

We have developed special programs for employees in the high technology and smart manufacturing industries, software developers, and electronics .
