Products & Programs
At Sadler we work with our commercial clients to analyze their needs and design a portfolio of insurance products and services that are tailor made to meet their insurance objectives. Among some of the products for consideration are:
- Automobile
- This policy can provide a combination of liability and physical damage protection for vehicles owned, maintained, or used by you. Additional coverages such as medical payments and uninsured motorist protection can be purchased to customize the policy to fit your particular needs.
- Commercial Property
- The commercial property policy is the primary form used to insure your buildings and business personal property against direct loss from a covered peril. Policies will vary but each contains provisions that outline the scope coverage provided under the form. Some of these provisions apply to both building and personal property exposures and as such should be reviewed as part of your overall risk management program.
- Workers Compensation
- State law requires that every employer provide workers compensation insurance for their employees. This insurance provides coverage for accidents or disease arising from employment as prescribed by these state laws. Benefits can include lost wages, medical expenses, and permanent disfigurement/disability payments. Various additional endorsements can also be added to ensure that adequate protection is being provided for your particular situation.
- Liability
- This type of policy protects your business from claims arising from your legal liability for injury or damages to other people or their property. Coverage payments can include judgments, attorney fees, court costs, or other related expenses as defined in the form.
- Employment Practice Liability
- This insurance is used to protect against lawsuits by employees alleging wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, or other specified employment related exposures.
- Directors & Officers
- This insurance is used to insure against claims arising from the negligent acts, errors, or omissions alleged to have been committed by present or former directors or officers of your corporation.
- Professional Liability
- This coverage is used to insure against claims arising out of negligent acts, errors or omissions in the rendering or failing to render professional services as defined in the policy.
- Fiduciary Liability
- This coverage is used to insure you against claims alleging breach of fiduciary obligations as outlined under the Employment Retirement Income Security Act of 1974.
- Crime Coverage
- This coverage provides protection against loss due to criminal acts of others. Several types of exposures can exist which require consideration when analyzing your crime protection insurance.
- Cyber Liability
- This is used to provide coverage for direct loss and legal liability with resulting consequential loss resulting from cyber security breaches.
- Business Interruption
- This coverage is used to insure against loss of business income (including any continuing normal operating expenses) that you sustain due to the necessary suspension of your business operations. To be covered the suspension must be caused by a direct physical loss of or damage to property at the premises described in your policy and for which a business income limit of insurance is shown. Under this form, extra expenses are included and rental values can be added as an option. An extended period of indemnity provision is also included to provide coverage after you resume operations until your business returns to normal levels of activities, up to the time period specified in the form.
- Foreign Liability
- Offers protection for a firm’s U.S. employees while traveling on business outside the United States. Some programs include 24/7 medical assistance services and repatriation expenses which extend to immediate family members traveling with the employee.
- Kidnap, Ransom, Extortion
- This insurance is used to protect against loss of money, securities, or other property that result from actual, alleged, or threatened kidnapping or extortion as defined in the policy.
- Group Travel Accident
- Group Travel Accident or Accidental Death and Dismemberment pays a benefit amount if an insured employee accidentally dies or suffers injuries listed in the benefit schedule of the policy.
- Ocean and Air Cargo
- This policy is used to provide coverage for property you ship overseas while within the described territory and for the limits and perils declared on the form.
- Umbrella/Excess
- This policy provides protection against catastrophic liability claims. The policy acts as an excess coverage over your primary liability policies. Its limits apply in addition to that provided by the underlying coverage.
