I just wanted to take a moment to thank Diane Berube and Sadler Insurance for the excellent customer service they provided my husband and I. After buying a new vehicle we contacted Sadler Insurance to make these changes to our existing policy and they responded to me within 24 hours. This was even in the midst of dealing with many claims from their other customers due to hurricane Irene. They just wanted to let us know that they were working on getting us a new quote to help save us some money plus give us the most coverage for our money. Diane was not only able to save us almost $1000 per year, but we were able to increase our medical payments coverage, add drivesmart coverage and add full glass coverage! Diane was always quick to respond to our questions and was always available via phone or email to help answer these questions. MEGHAN LAWLESS AND SADLER INSURANCE ARE THE BEST!!!!.. Back on January 16th 2011 Meghan got in touch with me to show me how she could substantially reduce my auto and homeowners insurance payments. In the process I noticed my second car, a 1984 Pontiac Fiero (with only 36,000 miles and still in “showroom” condition) was not covered for an amount I thought would be sufficient in the event of a major accident given its unique condition for a 27 year old car. Meghan shopped this all over the place and finally got me covered at an extremely reasonable rate, and at the same time with the coverage I was originally looking for. With my other policies (my homeowners and the coverage on my Volvo S80) Meghan worked all sorts of scenarios and ended up saving me almost $400 annually. Since then she has helped me with other issues and in every case has gotten back to me immediately with everything I’ve needed and more.
